About Us

DPS STS Chef Minister sets out to find Dhaka’s best amateur chef. A chef whose talent and passion could transform their life! It is a journey that will make many professional cooks, but only one will be crowned the DPS STS Chef Minister.

DPS STS Chef Minister is a cooking competition initiated by the DPS STS School Dhaka to find Dhaka’s best amateur chef – a chef whose talent and passion could transform their life! It is a journey that will make many professional cooks, but only one will be crowned the DPS STS Chef Minister.

Interested participants can register for the grand competition for free. Some top chefs from Dhaka city will facilitate the competition, which is called the Grand Finale.

This month-long event consists of one cooking workshop and the gala round Grand Finale. Attendees will receive free professional certificates after the cooking workshop, which will be held in person on 6th February 2024 at 11:00 AM at the DPS STS Senior School campus. The address of DPS STS Senior School is Plot ED-01, Road 01, Sector 15, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka.

The Grand Finale will be held on 24th February 2024 where the Champion Chef will be presented with a professional certificate and trophy along with the exclusive prize money of BDT100,000/-.

The main objective of the DPS STS Chef Minister is finding Dhaka’s best chefs through a series of cooking challenges while inspiring millions everywhere to believe that they too can transform their lives through food.
